Introducing the PEGE Small Size Cryogenic Rubber Deflashing/Deburring Machine for Rubber Parts PG-40T - the ultimate solution for precision and efficiency.
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our state-of-the-art Cryogenic deflashing technology employs a sophisticated system where rubber or plastic parts are subjected to extremely cold temperatures (achieved using liquid nitrogen), tumbled in a barrel, and blasted with polycarbonate media.
The burrs and flashes, having a much thinner surface area compared to their mass, freeze rapidly and become brittle. The combination of tumbling action and media impact effectively removes burrs without compromising the integrity of the part.
Upon completion of the process, parts are restored to room temperature. This Cryogenic deburring ensures a pristine part, free from dust or other residues, with 100% burr removal.
Our Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are perfect for die-cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and micro-electronic items.

APPLICATIONS
A. O-Rings and irregular rubber parts of various materials and sizes.
B. Micro-electronic product components.
C. Precision elastomeric parts.
D. Precision injection molding plastic parts.
E. R&D part runs.
F. Die-casting products, such as zinc, aluminum, and magnesium alloys.
ADVANTAGES
Cryogenic deflashing offers numerous advantages over manual and other traditional methods.
Ensures part integrity and maintains critical tolerances.
Being a batch process, it significantly lowers the price per piece by processing many parts simultaneously.
Extends mold life, allowing parts to be deflashed rather than replacing or repairing molds, thereby avoiding downtime and high costs.
The computer-controlled process eliminates human error, ensuring reliability.
Delivers consistent, reproducible results from batch to batch.
Non-abrasive, preserving delicate parts.
The cost per part is generally much lower than any alternative method.
