NANJING PEGE TECHNO MACHINE CO., LTD. proudly presents the PEGE Small Size Cryogenic Rubber Deflashing/Deburring Machine for Rubber Parts, model PG-40T. This state-of-the-art equipment is meticulously designed to handle rubber parts with finesse, ensuring a perfect finish every time. Its compact size belies its powerful capabilities, making it an indispensable tool for any production line.
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
The Cryogenic deflashing technology harnesses the power of extreme cold to achieve unparalleled precision. By placing rubber or plastic parts in a machine chamber, then subjecting them to ultra-low temperatures with liquid nitrogen, the parts are tumbled and blasted with polycarbonate media. This innovative process ensures thorough and efficient deburring.
Due to their thinner surface area, burrs and flashes 'FREEZE' rapidly and become brittle under the cryogenic conditions. The combination of tumbling action and media impact efficiently removes burrs without compromising the integrity of the parts. This ensures that each part maintains its original strength and structure.
Once the cryogenic process is complete, the parts are gently returned to room temperature. The result is a perfectly clean part with 100% burr removal and no residual dust or particles. This method guarantees a superior finish and enhanced product quality.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are perfect for a variety of applications, including die-cast metal parts, complex rubber components, precision elastomers, medical parts, and micro-electronic elements.

ADVANTAGES
Cryogenic deflashing offers significant benefits over manual and traditional deflashing methods, providing efficiency and precision.
This process maintains the integrity of parts and adheres to critical tolerances, ensuring consistent quality.
As a batch process, it significantly reduces the cost per piece, allowing for greater efficiency and higher throughput.
Cryogenic deflashing prolongs mold life by eliminating the need for frequent repairs or replacements, which are often costly and time-consuming.
With computer-controlled operations, the process eliminates human error, ensuring uniformity and precision across batches.
The method guarantees consistent results from one lot to the next, maintaining high standards throughout production.
Cryogenic deflashing is non-abrasive, protecting the parts from damage during the process.
Its cost-effectiveness makes it a superior choice compared to alternative techniques, offering significant savings and efficiency.
