The molded product's flash, being significantly thinner than the main body, becomes brittle sooner than the product itself at low temperatures. Our Cryogenic Deflashing Machine takes advantage of this phenomenon, operating within the optimal time frame where the flash is brittle, yet the product retains its flexibility. Utilizing high-speed, specially designed plastic media, the machine precisely targets and removes the brittle flash, ensuring the integrity and pristine condition of the product is maintained.

FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine excels in efficiently removing flashes from a myriad of small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded parts, providing a seamless finish.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then expertly dislodged by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), dramatically enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
