PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
When the temperature drops, rubber and plastic components undergo a transformative hardening process, becoming brittle and crystallized, thereby losing their inherent flexibility. At this brittle state, they fracture easily under external forces. Since the flash on molded products is thinner than the products themselves, it becomes brittle more quickly at low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine harnesses this principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle but the products remain flexible. Special high-speed projected plastic media efficiently target and remove the brittle flash without causing any damage to the product.
