PROCESSING PRINCIPLE

As the temperature drastically decreases, rubber and plastic parts transition into a hardened state, becoming brittle and crystallized, losing their innate elasticity. At this crucial brittle stage, they are susceptible to fracturing when external forces are applied. Due to a slender structure, the flash on molded products succumbs to brittleness faster at lower temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this transformative phase. It operates precisely when the flash is brittle while the primary components stay pliable. Through the high-speed projection of advanced plastic media, it meticulously targets and eradicates the brittle flash, ensuring the integrity of the product is preserved.
