Our Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this unique property, operating precisely when the flash is fragile yet the main product remains flexible. Utilizing high-speed projected specialized plastic media, it efficiently clears the brittle burrs, ensuring flawless product surfaces without compromising their integrity.

FUNCTIONS
This machine is a versatile solution for effectively removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded parts, ensuring superior quality.
Through advanced cryogenic processing, flashes are first frozen and then precisely removed using high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts, elevating them to new standards of excellence.
