At this crucial brittle point, they are vulnerable to damage when exposed to external forces. The flash on molded items, due to its thinner constitution, becomes brittle faster at lower temperatures. Our cryogenic deflashing machine cleverly leverages this natural occurrence. It operates precisely when the flash becomes brittle while ensuring the primary product retains flexibility. With the high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, it adeptly targets and eradicates the brittle flash, safeguarding the integrity of your product.
