General Introduction

Principle
As the material passes through the feeder, the system's weight decreases. By controlling the loss-in-weight feeder, the feed rate is adjusted so that the speed of weight loss aligns with the desired feed rate. Continuous monitoring ensures material flow is consistent.
During operation, all components and any contained products are continuously weighed: including the feeder, hopper, and material.
Gravimetric feeders experience slight feed rate fluctuations due to variations in auger filling capacity and bulk material density. These fluctuations are mitigated by adjusting auger speeds, ensuring even product dispensing.

Features
Suitable for all-purpose bulk material, especially for the powder material with humidity and low flowability. The cantilever sling-type weighing scale supports the storage hopper, which has the characteristics of vibration reduction and anti-level interference. This design can effectively shield the non-weight value interference from the vibrator and measure the flow of the system more accurately. All contact with materials is SUS304 with inner mirror surface. Gentle feed capability by paddling flexible hopper with external agitation. Easy to disassemble and to clean, convenient for maintenance. No direct touch between stirring unit and material ensures no damage on the materials. The stirring and feeding motors are separated, and the speed can be adjusted separately. The electronic control system reserves an Ethernet communication interface for remote control.
