Principle
The operational principle of our loss-in-weight feeders is ingeniously simple: as material is fed through the system, the overall weight decreases. With continuous monitoring, the feeder ensures a consistent flow of material.
During operation, every component, including the feeder, hopper, and material, is continuously weighed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Gravimetric feeders, for instance, are engineered to compensate for slight fluctuations in feed rates caused by variations in auger filling capacity and material bulk density. This is achieved by dynamically adjusting the auger speed, ensuring a uniform product dispense.

The cantilever sling-type weighing scale supports the storage hopper, which has the characteristics of vibration reduction and anti-level interference. This design can effectively shield the non-weight value interference from the vibrator and measure the flow of the system more accurately.
All contact with materials is SUS304 with inner mirror surface.
