The PEGE Cryogenic Deflashing Machine masterfully leverages this phenomenon. Operating precisely when the flash is brittle yet the product retains its flexibility, it utilizes high-speed, projected, specialized plastic media to effortlessly eliminate the brittle burrs. This meticulous process ensures the flawless removal of flashes without compromising the product's integrity.

ENHANCED FUNCTIONS
Our cutting-edge machine is extensively utilized for the precise removal of flashes in small rubber and plastic parts, including O-rings, gaskets, and various molded components.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing techniques, the machine first freezes the flashes before dislodging them using high-speed projected media (Polycarbonate blast). This method significantly improves the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic components.
