NANJING PEGE TECHNO MACHINE CO., LTD. presents the ultimate in Cryogenic Deflashing and Deburring Systems, ranging from PG-40T to PG-150T. Proudly manufactured in Nanjing, China, our cutting-edge technology advances your production capabilities.
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our Cryogenic Deflashing technology revolutionizes flash removal by placing rubber or plastic parts into a machine chamber where they are subjected to extremely low temperatures via liquid nitrogen. The parts are then tumbled in a barrel and blasted with polycarbonate media, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Due to their thinner surface area, burrs and flashes freeze rapidly and become brittle, allowing for quick and effective removal. The tumbling action, combined with media impact, ensures that burrs are eliminated without compromising the integrity of the part.
Once the deflashing process is complete, parts return to room temperature, emerging clean and free of dust or residues, with a remarkable 100% burr removal rate.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are the premium choices for die-cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical equipment, and microelectronics, delivering unparalleled results.

ADVANTAGES
Cryogenic deflashing offers significant advantages over manual and traditional deflashing methods.
This process preserves part integrity and critical tolerances.
As a batch process, it greatly reduces the cost per piece, allowing for higher throughput in a given time.
Cryogenic deflashing extends mold life, mitigating the need for costly repairs or replacements, especially for parts nearing the end of their product lifecycle.
The computer-controlled process eliminates human error, ensuring consistent quality throughout production.
It delivers uniform results from batch to batch.
Cryogenic deflashing is a non-abrasive method.
The cost per part is typically more economical than alternative techniques.
