PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber and plastic parts undergo a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystallized, losing their flexibility. At this brittle temperature, they are easily fractured by external forces. The flash of molded products is typically much thinner than the actual product, becoming brittle sooner in low temperatures. The Cryogenic Deflashing Machine harnesses this principle, targeting the flash when it is brittle while the product remains flexible. Special high-speed projected plastic media effectively strikes and clears the brittle burrs without damaging the product.

Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, the machine freezes the flash before striking it with high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
