This advanced deflashing process ensures that flashes are easily detached, preserving product integrity.

FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine is ideal for efficiently removing flash from small rubber and plastic parts such as O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded components.
Leveraging cutting-edge cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then blasted away using high-speed Polycarbonate media. This approach significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts, ensuring superior precision and finish.
