Once brittle, these materials are susceptible to breakage under external forces. The flash or burr on molded products, being thinner than the main body, becomes brittle sooner at low temperatures. Leveraging this principle, our Cryogenic Deflashing Machine operates in the perfect time window: when the flash is brittle, but the product remains flexible. High-speed specialized plastic media is projected to precisely eliminate these brittle burrs without damaging the product integrity.

FUNCTIONS
Our cutting-edge machine is expertly designed to efficiently remove flashes from small rubber and plastic parts, including O-rings, gaskets, and other molded components, ensuring a flawless finish.
