As temperatures drop, rubber and plastic components undergo a transformation: hardening, becoming brittle, and crystallizing, leading to a loss of flexibility. When exposed to frigid conditions, these materials are prone to breakage under external pressure. Typically, the flash on molded items is significantly thinner than the product itself and becomes brittle quicker in low temperatures. Our Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this phenomenon, operating within the critical timeframe where the flash is brittle yet the product retains its flexibility. Through the use of high-speed, specially formulated plastic media, it strikes and removes the brittle flash, ensuring flawless finishes without damaging the product.

Key Functions
This versatile machine is expertly designed for the efficient removal of flash from small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded items.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, the flashes are initially frozen and subsequently dislodged using high-velocity polycarbonate blast media. This innovative process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
