PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
When temperatures drop significantly, rubber and plastic parts undergo a transformative hardening process, becoming brittle and crystallized, thereby losing their inherent flexibility. In this brittle state, they become susceptible to breakage under external forces. Given their thinner structure, the flash on molded products becomes brittle at a faster rate at low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine harnesses this principle by operating at the critical brittle point when the flash is vulnerable, while the main products remain flexible. Through the high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, the machine efficiently targets and eliminates the brittle flash, maintaining the integrity and quality of the product.
