At this critical point, they are more susceptible to breaking under external forces. The thinner flash on molded products becomes brittle even quicker at these low temperatures. Our cryogenic deflashing machine ingeniously leverages this principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle while the main products retain their pliability. It employs a high-speed projection of specialized plastic media to deftly strike and remove the brittle flash, ensuring complete product integrity.
