PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber/plastic parts undergo hardening, becoming brittle and crystallized. Their flexibility reduces, making them susceptible to breakage under external force at brittle temperatures. The flash on molded products is typically much thinner than the product itself, becoming brittle sooner in low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle, operating within a time frame when the flash is brittle, while the product retains its flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media strikes the flashes, clearing out brittle burrs without damaging the product. The flashes are effortlessly removed, preserving the integrity of the product.

Our machine is extensively used for removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and other molded parts, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then dislodged using high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
