Introducing the premier Cryogenic Deflashing and Deburring Systems by Nanjing Pege, ranging from models PG-40T to PG-150T. Proudly crafted in China, these systems are designed to deliver precision and reliability.
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our state-of-the-art cryogenic deflashing technology utilizes an advanced system where rubber or plastic parts are meticulously placed into a machine chamber. These parts are subjected to extremely cold temperatures using liquid nitrogen, followed by tumbling in a barrel and a polycarbonate media blast.
The burrs and flashes, having a significantly thinner surface area compared to their mass, freeze rapidly and become brittle. This swift freezing, combined with the powerful tumbling action and media impact, effectively eliminates burrs without compromising the integrity of the parts.
Upon completion of the process, parts are safely brought back to room temperature. This cryogenic deburring method ensures parts are impeccably clean, free from dust or residues, with an impressive 100% burr removal.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are the perfect solutions for an array of applications including die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and microelectronic parts.

ADVANTAGES
Cryogenic deflashing offers numerous advantages over manual and traditional deflashing techniques.
The process preserves part integrity and maintains critical tolerances.
Being a batch process, it significantly reduces the cost per piece by processing multiple parts simultaneously.
Cryogenic deflashing prolongs mold life. Instead of costly repairs or replacements, parts molded at the end of their lifecycle can be effectively deflashed.
This process is computer-controlled, eliminating the variability introduced by human operators.
It ensures consistent, high-quality results across different batches.
Cryogenic deflashing is a non-abrasive process.
The cost per part is notably lower compared to alternative methods.
