FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine excels in efficiently removing flash from small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and other precision-molded parts.
Through advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are initially frozen and subsequently displaced by high-velocity projection media, specifically Polycarbonate blast. This method significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts, offering superior results.
