PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber and plastic parts undergo a hardening, brittleness, and crystallization process, losing their flexibility. When subjected to brittle temperature, these materials break easily under external force. The flash of molded products is typically much thinner than the products themselves, making it brittle sooner at low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine exploits this characteristic, operating within the timeframe when the flash is brittle but the product retains its flexibility. By projecting high-speed special plastic media, the machine targets and removes the brittle flash without damaging the product.
