PROCESSING PRINCIPLE

As temperatures plummet, rubber and plastic parts harden, becoming brittle and crystallized, thus losing their inherent flexibility. At this brittle state, they fracture easily under external force. The flash on molded products, being thinner, becomes brittle quicker in low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine capitalizes on this principle. It operates precisely when the flash is brittle, while the products maintain flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media deftly strike and eliminate the brittle flash, ensuring the product remains undamaged.
