During this phase, they lose flexibility and become susceptible to breaking under pressure. The flash of molded products, being thinner, turns brittle even faster in these cold conditions. The ingenious PEGE Cryogenic Deflashing Machine harnesses this very principle. It expertly operates within the critical timeframe when the flash is brittle yet the product remains flexible. Through the use of high-speed projected special plastic media, it deftly eliminates these brittle burrs without compromising the integrity of the main product.

FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine is designed for the efficient removal of flash from small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and a variety of other molded parts.
By employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, the machine first freezes the flash before it is precisely targeted and removed by high-speed projection media, specifically Polycarbonate blast. This method significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts, elevating their finish to unprecedented levels.
