PROCESSING PRINCIPLE


Our advanced Cryogenic deflashing technology utilizes an innovative method where rubber or plastic parts are placed within a machine chamber, subjected to intensely cold temperatures using liquid nitrogen, and then gently tumbled in a barrel. This is followed by a strategic blasting with polycarbonate media to ensure thorough deburring.
The unique feature of this process is the rapid 'FREEZING' of burrs and flashes due to their thinner surface area, making them brittle. The combined impact of media and tumbling effectively eliminates these imperfections without compromising the integrity of the parts.
