PROCESSING PRINCIPLE

Our advanced cryogenic deflashing technology delicately processes rubber or plastic parts by exposing them to ultra-low temperatures using liquid nitrogen. These parts are gently tumbled in a machine chamber and efficiently blasted with polycarbonate media.
Due to their thinner surface area, burrs and flashes freeze rapidly, becoming brittle. The combination of tumbling action and media impact cleanly removes burrs without harming the parts.
Upon completion, parts return to room temperature, emerging perfectly clean with no residual dust. Cryogenic deburring achieves 100% burr removal consistently.
Ideal for die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric elements, medical devices, and microelectronics, cryogenic deburring and deflashing are the ultimate solution.
