In such brittle conditions, they are susceptible to breakage under external force. The flash on molded products, being significantly thinner, reaches this brittle state quicker than the main product. Enter the Cryogenic Deflashing Machine, which leverages this principle to achieve unparalleled precision. It targets the flashes during their brittle phase, while the product maintains its flexibility, using high-speed projected special plastic media to eliminate brittle burrs with ease, ensuring no damage to the main product.

FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine excels in the removal of flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and an array of other molded parts.
Through innovative cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then meticulously removed using high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
