PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures dramatically drop, rubber and plastic components experience a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystallized, losing their inherent flexibility. At this brittle juncture, they are susceptible to breaking under external pressure. The thin flash on molded products crystallizes more swiftly at these low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this phenomenon, operating during the pivotal phase where the flash is brittle, yet the main components remain pliable. Through high-velocity projection of specially designed plastic media, the machine precisely strikes and removes the fragile flash, ensuring that the core product stays intact and unscathed.
