PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our cutting-edge cryogenic deflashing technology employs a sophisticated system where rubber or plastic components are positioned within a state-of-the-art machine chamber. These components are subjected to ultra-low temperatures using liquid nitrogen, followed by a meticulous tumbling process within a barrel. This is complemented by a strategic blasting with polycarbonate media, ensuring precision and quality.
The process leverages the differential surface area of burrs/flashes which, unlike their mass, 'FREEZE' rapidly and become exceptionally brittle. The expertly controlled tumbling action, combined with the precise impact of the media, efficiently eradicates burrs without compromising the integrity of the parts.
Post-processing, components are seamlessly returned to ambient temperature. Our cryogenic deburring process guarantees parts that are impeccably clean — free from dust or any residues, achieving an impeccable 100% burr removal.
Perfectly suited for a variety of applications, cryogenic deburring and deflashing excel in processing die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, high-precision electrometric parts, medical devices, and delicate microelectronic components.
FUNCTIONS
