Principle
The operational principle of our loss-in-weight feeders is ingeniously simple: as material is fed through the system, the overall weight decreases. The feeder precisely adjusts the feed rate to ensure that the speed of weight loss aligns perfectly with the desired feed rate. With continuous monitoring, the feeder ensures a consistent flow of material.
During operation, every component, including the feeder, hopper, and material, is continuously weighed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Gravimetric feeders, for instance, are engineered to compensate for slight fluctuations in feed rates caused by variations in auger filling capacity and material bulk density. This is achieved by dynamically adjusting the auger speed, ensuring a uniform product dispense.

Features
Suitable for all-purpose bulk material, especially for the powder material with humidity and low flowability. The cantilever sling-type weighing scale supports the storage hopper, which has the characteristics of vibration reduction and anti-level interference. This design can effectively shield the non-weight value interference from the vibrator and measure the flow of the system more accurately. All contact with materials is SUS304 with inner mirror surface. Gentle feed capability by paddling flexible hopper with external agitation. Easy to disassemble and to clean, convenient for maintenance. No direct touch between stirring unit and material ensures no damage on the materials. The stirring and feeding motors are separated, and the speed can be adjusted separately. The electronic control system reserves an Ethernet communication interface for remote control.
