It propels high-speed special plastic media that precisely targets and eliminates the brittle burrs without harming the product, ensuring an impeccable finishing.

FUNCTIONS
Our cutting-edge machine excels at removing flashes from an array of small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded parts.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, our process begins by freezing the flashes before employing high-speed projection media using Polycarbonate blasts. This method significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
