As temperatures drop, rubber and plastic components undergo hardening, becoming brittle and more susceptible to crystallization. Their flexibility diminishes, making them vulnerable to breakage under brittle conditions. The flash of molded products, being thinner than the main body, loses flexibility earlier. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle by targeting the time frame when the flash is brittle, while the main product retains its flexibility. Through the use of high-speed, specially designed plastic media, the machine effectively removes these brittle burrs without compromising the integrity of the product.

FUNCTIONS
