PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures dramatically drop, rubber and plastic parts experience a transformation, hardening into a brittle, crystallized state, thereby shedding their inherent flexibility. At this fragile stage, they are susceptible to breaking under external pressure. Due to their more slender structure, the flash on molded items becomes brittle faster when chilled. Exploiting this phenomenon, the cryogenic deflashing machine operates at the crucial juncture when flash is brittle, yet the main parts retain their flexibility. Utilizing high-velocity projection of specialized media, it expertly strikes and eradicates the fragile flash, preserving the integrity of the product.
