Utilizing high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, it effectively targets and eliminates brittle burrs. This innovative approach ensures that flashes are effortlessly removed, preserving the integrity of the product.

FUNCTIONS
Our advanced machine is extensively utilized for efficiently removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and other molded parts.
Employing state-of-the-art cryogenic processing technology, flashes are initially frozen before being eradicated by high-speed polycarbonate blast projection. This method significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
