Introducing the PEGE Small Size Cryogenic Rubber Deflashing/Deburring Machine for Rubber Parts, Model PG-40T, a marvel of efficiency and precision.
Product Description
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our advanced Cryogenic deflashing technology utilizes an innovative system where rubber or plastic components are introduced into a specialized chamber. These parts are subjected to ultra-low temperatures, achieved by the application of liquid nitrogen, and are then gently tumbled in a barrel while being expertly blasted with a polycarbonate media to ensure superior surface results.
As the burrs and flashes possess a significantly thinner surface area compared to their body mass, they 'FREEZE' rapidly, becoming brittle in the process. The synchronized tumbling motion, enhanced by the precise impact of the media, efficiently eradicates the burrs whilst preserving the component's integrity.
Upon completion of the deflashing process, parts are gradually returned to ambient room temperature. This cryogenic deburring technique ensures a pristine finish, devoid of any dust or residual particles, guaranteeing complete burr removal for immaculate results.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are exceptionally suited for applications involving die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical equipment parts, and sophisticated micro electronic parts.
