PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber and plastic parts transition into a hardened state, becoming brittle and crystallized, thus losing their inherent flexibility. In this fragile state, they are susceptible to breaking under external stress. Molded product flash, being thinner, becomes brittle more rapidly at lower temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle by operating in the critical window where the flash is brittle, yet the main products retain their flexibility. Through the swift projection of specialized plastic media, the brittle flash is expertly struck and removed, ensuring the integrity of the main product is preserved.
