PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperature decreases, rubber and plastic parts become hardened, brittle, and enter a crystallized state, losing their flexibility. At brittle temperatures, these materials easily shatter under external force. The flash on molded products, being thinner than the main product, becomes brittle sooner in low temperatures. The Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this principle, operating during the window when the flash is brittle but the product remains flexible. High-speed projected special plastic media strike the flashes, removing them without damaging the product, ensuring clean and precise deburring.

Our machine is expertly designed for removing the flash from small rubber and plastic parts such as O-rings, gaskets, and other molded components.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then removed by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This greatly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
