Our state-of-the-art Cryogenic Deflashing Machine harnesses this principle, operating within the precise timeframe where the flash is brittle, yet the product maintains its flexibility. Through high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, the machine effectively targets and removes brittle burrs without compromising the integrity of the product itself.

Functions
Our cutting-edge machine is designed for efficient removal of flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded parts, ensuring pristine surface finishes.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are frozen and then precisely targeted by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
