The flash on molded products, due to its slender structure, becomes brittle more rapidly at low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this key principle. It functions during the optimal period when flash is brittle, yet the primary products retain their flexibility. Through the high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, it deftly targets and removes the brittle flash, ensuring the integrity of the product remains intact.
