PROCESSING PRINCIPLE

Inside the chamber, parts are subjected to ultra-low temperatures thanks to liquid nitrogen. The parts are tumbled and gently blasted with a polycarbonate medium, ensuring a flawless finish.
The process exploits the fact that burrs and flashes, due to their thinner structure, freeze rapidly and become brittle. Through a precise tumbling motion combined with media impact, burrs are meticulously eliminated, preserving the integrity of the parts.
Upon completion, components are warmed back to ambient temperatures. This cryogenic deburring method guarantees residue-free surfaces, achieving 100% burr eradication.
