PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature decreases, rubber and plastic parts become hardened, brittle, and crystallized, gradually losing their flexibility, making them susceptible to breakage under external force at brittle temperatures. The flash of molded products is typically thinner than the product itself, becoming brittle sooner in low temperatures. Our Cryogenic Deburring Machine utilizes this principle, operating within the time frame where the flash is brittle, yet the product remains flexible. By using high-speed projected special plastic media, the brittle burrs are precisely struck and removed without damaging the product.
