PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures drop dramatically, rubber and plastic components undergo a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystallized, which leads to a loss of their natural flexibility. At this crucial juncture, they become susceptible to breakage under external pressure. Notably, the flash on molded products, due to its slender form, reaches a brittle state more rapidly at colder temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine harnesses this phenomenon to its advantage. By operating during the critical phase when the flash is brittle yet the main products remain resilient, it employs high-speed projection of uniquely designed plastic media to effectively strike and eliminate the brittle flash, ensuring the integrity and original quality of the product remain uncompromised.
