This brittleness renders them vulnerable to breaking under external pressures. The flash on molded items, due to its slenderness, succumbs to brittleness at even lower temperatures. Our cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this critical phase where the flash becomes brittle, while the main products stay robust and flexible. Through high-velocity projection of specially formulated plastic media, the brittle flash is skillfully dislodged, preserving the integrity of the product.
