Silver Cryogenic Deflashing Machine for O Rings Trimming by Nitrogen, Red Strip - Model PG-40T
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our cutting-edge cryogenic deflashing technology revolutionizes the trimming process. Rubber or plastic parts are placed within a specialized chamber, subjected to ultra-low temperatures using liquid nitrogen, and then tumbled. They are subsequently blasted with polycarbonate media, ensuring precision and efficacy.
Due to their thinner surface area compared to their mass, burrs/flashes 'FREEZE' rapidly and turn brittle. The synchronized action of tumbling and media impact efficiently removes these burrs without compromising the integrity of the parts.
Once the process concludes, parts are restored to room temperature, delivering flawlessly clean components devoid of dust or residue, and achieving 100% burr removal.
Ideal for die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and micro-electronic elements, cryogenic deburring and deflashing present an unparalleled solution.
FUNCTIONS
Our versatile machine expertly removes flashes from small rubber and plastic parts such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded items, ensuring superior quality.
Leveraging advanced cryogenic processing, flashes are first frozen and then eliminated using high-speed polycarbonate media projections. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
