PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures plummet, rubber and plastic parts undergo a remarkable transformation: they harden, becoming brittle and crystallized, thereby losing their natural flexibility. At this critical brittle temperature, these parts break easily when subjected to external force. The flash on molded products, being thinner, becomes brittle faster under low temperatures. Harnessing this unique principle, our cryogenic deflashing machine operates precisely when the flash is brittle, yet the products themselves retain flexibility. High-speed, specially projected plastic media efficiently strike and eliminate the brittle flash, removing it without causing any damage to the products.
