The flash, which is the excess material on molded products, is typically thinner than the finished item, thus it becomes brittle at a higher temperature than the main product body. The Cryogenic Deflashing Machine harnesses this phenomenon, operating within a specific temperature range where the flash becomes brittle while the primary product retains its flexibility. By deploying high-speed projected special plastic media, the machine effectively strikes the brittle flash, efficiently removing it without causing any damage to the product.

FUNCTIONS
Our advanced machinery is extensively employed in the precise removal of flash from small rubber and plastic components, such as O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded items.
Utilizing cutting-edge cryogenic processing technology, the process involves initially freezing the flash before employing high-speed Polycarbonate blast projection. This technique significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic components.
