Experience excellence in Cryogenic Deflashing and Deburring Systems ranging from PG-40T to PG-150T, proudly brought to you by Nanjing Pege, China.
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Embrace cutting-edge cryogenic deflashing technology: our system places rubber or plastic parts into a chamber, exposes them to ultra-low temperatures using liquid nitrogen, followed by tumbling in a barrel and blasting with polycarbonate media.
Due to the thinner surface area of burrs/flashes compared to their mass, they 'FREEZE' rapidly, becoming brittle. The combined tumbling and media impact efficiently removes burrs without damaging the parts.
Upon completion, parts return to room temperature, resulting in a pristine, burr-free product with no dust or residue-ensuring 100% burr removal.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing excel for die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and micro-electronics.

ADVANTAGES
Cryogenic deflashing offers significant advantages over manual and traditional methods.
This process ensures the preservation of part integrity and critical tolerances.
Being a batch process, it allows for cost-efficient per-piece pricing due to the large number of parts processed simultaneously.
Cryogenic deflashing extends mold life, avoiding costly repairs or replacements and minimizing downtime-ideal for parts at the end of their product lifetime.
Computer-controlled processes eliminate the variability associated with human operators.
The process guarantees consistent results from batch to batch.
Cryogenic deflashing is a non-abrasive method.
Typically, the cost per part is significantly lower than alternative techniques.
