PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures decline, rubber and plastic parts transition into a hardened, brittle state where crystallization occurs, and flexibility is lost. In this brittle state, these parts are easily broken by external forces. The flash of molded products is typically thinner than the product itself, causing it to become brittle faster at low temperatures. Utilizing this principle, the cryogenic deflashing machine operates within a temperature range where the flash is brittle, yet the product retains its flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media targets and removes the brittle flash, ensuring the product remains undamaged while the flash is effectively eliminated.

Employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then eradicated by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
