PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures plummet, rubber and plastic parts undergo a hardening transformation, becoming brittle and crystallized, which strips them of flexibility. At this critical brittle temperature, they fracture easily under external force. The flash on molded products, being thinner, reaches brittleness faster in low temperatures. Leveraging this principle, our cryogenic deflashing machine operates during the window when the flash is brittle and the products remain flexible. High-speed projected special plastic media efficiently strike and clear the brittle flash, meticulously removing it without harming the product.
