Molding flashes, being thinner than the product, succumb to brittleness before the core product in cryogenic conditions. Our Cryogenic Deflashing Machine ingeniously leverages this phenomenon. It operates exactly when the flash is brittle while preserving the product's flexibility, employing high-speed projected special plastic media to meticulously and efficiently eliminate the brittle burrs. The outcome is the effortless removal of flashes without compromising the integrity of the product itself.

FUNCTIONS
Our cutting-edge machine is extensively utilized in the delicate removal of flashes from a variety of small rubber and plastic components. This includes O-rings, gaskets, and other meticulously molded parts, ensuring a flawless finish.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are initially frozen and subsequently removed by high-speed projection media, specifically Polycarbonate blast. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts, delivering superior results.
