Utilizing high-velocity special plastic media, it effectively targets and clears the brittle burrs, ensuring flawless removal without compromising product integrity.

FUNCTIONS
Our advanced machinery excels in eliminating the flash from small rubber and plastic components, such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded parts.
Through innovative cryogenic processing, flashes are initially frozen and then eliminated using high-speed polycarbonate blast projection media, significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic components.
